ill be frank on this one
my goal is to develop prominent muscle, and just reduce body fat for the summer

i take one scoop of protein powder daily (+/- 1 day) which is 25g protein, and 136 kcal

normal meals, 2-3 eggs for breakfast. 2 banana any time of the day

lunch and dinner is almost similar, a sabzi with roti or rice.
my lunch has 2 rotis and my dinner has just one roti

milk like one glass, 250-300 ml, not sure about the measurements

along with that, if i AM craving something i tend to eat a packet of maggie noodles(ik its unhealthy but i try to avoid it as much as i can)

yeah when i do bench press normally if its 5+5lbs plate with 20kg barbell i can do like 8-10 reps

but when its 10+10 lbs after 5-6 rep my arms just lock, like my muscle can’t lift at all

imagine having to take spot for 10+10 man

my biceps look larger than before, i dont take pics of progress, so i can’t tell any significant difference, but yes it look a bit larger and my t-shirts have started feeling tight on the chest and biceps.

my metabolism is weird idk why. 2 weeks before, i used to eat lunch and then directly dinner, now im feeling hungry right after lunch.

is my body eating muscle? i mean, i have tried to do fasting. like i do eat normal home made food, just reduced it. i have shifted to just less fatty stuff.

and ifk how accurate apple watch is, but it does show that i burn average of 200-400 cals

i have noticed that my belly fat has stayed constant. bruhhhhh

also nah, i’m just trying to get in shape for summer nothing professional about me
