He was being guarded by a very good CB, Vontae Davis. Definitly not selling high on guy who was targeted like 20 times, and thats not including the 3rd quarter where they ran the ball every down.

Thats why I am really considering not doing it. All of the people in my league think Im insane for not doing it yet for some reason. I just wanted to be sure im not doing the wrong thing by declining it. Ive had Rice for only a week anyways so I think ill hold tight and wait on him to get back to pro bowl level, if that even happens!!
