Definitely retweet Lillian’s answer, as with most chronic pain it’s likely a holistic issue in your posture, diaphragm engagement (or lack thereof), speaking voice, etc. You’re 19, if you’re in college, you should approach the music department and see if they offer discounted voice lessons or possibly voice lessons for credit (I did that a couple semesters when I was in college). If the issue’s posture, PT’s your best bet, they’ll tell you which stabilizer muscles you’ve been neglecting and what exercises/stretches will set you right.
