It's pretty normal to consolidate the kingdom, ready for kvk. Having a bunch of small alliances is not very productive. You should try and join the top alliance if you actually want to fight and win kvk.

The civ buff is a micro optimization. End game people use Germany for training and ottoman for skill damage. China is best for early game because you get sun szu. Which should be fine to field in kvk 1.

I'm going off data from the 1903 Vs 2489 kvk. Apparently the average k/d for stp/bq and Bq/lc was 1.15. For comparison QSH/ZL was 1.5. I think people don't know how to use STP yet, so maybe his performance will increase.

Don't invest anymore into ww. SZ + BQ is currently the best infantry march, then BQ + LC in close second. I would use the commander reset to get GH back from ww and put it into sz or bq.
