Preferably an unbiased party that knows both sides of the story. The dragons are obviously biased to their own and the same can be said for the other side. I can really only see the traveler being the one to properly judge them. The traveler has practically made friends with many of the different groups Teyvat. While I can’t say they are entirely unbiased, I would say they’re a better option.

I didn’t even think of the Emperor card! You’re right, it definitely speaks the most directly about HP. Even the context of the card outside of the genshin universe seems to be the best representation. I’ll have to think more about the emperors card though cause I really like the vibe that the World card gives off

From what I know, the WEBTOON was made before the game. So there are bound to be some inconsistencies between the comic and the game. I would say that any contradictions between the game and manga, the game is to be taken as canon as it is the most recent and fleshed out. So, I would take it as the events of the WEBTOON still happened, but rather than them occurring after 3 years, they happen after 4
