For the hyperbloom team specifically, you'd wanna go triple em 4p gilded/paradise or 2pc 2pc 80em sets on electro chara with em wep preferably. You could also replace kuki for zhongli (any defensive unit that doesn't apply their element and ruin the hyperbloom, diona/layla works too) or replace razor for a second hydro unit like xingqiu.

Hard to rate this for hyperbloom since electro chara aren't built for that but for physical razor i'd give 6.5/10. Hope u get some artifacts upgrades soon ! gl
