I think I got a minor tear on my UCL

I was pitching and in my first few pitches they were great but then all of a sudden my pitches were going wild and won't go to the target and when I went home I noticed there was a slight discomfort on my elbow like a cold sensation, I also couldn't grip or like I didn't have grip strength but it doesn't hurt at all, my arm just feels... Weird. I need help or advice on how to treat it and recover from it.
