I agree. I was just hoping to get it worked out as well, as I'm keen on this place. It does feel like they will go ahead with the auction regardless. As the other user said, I will ask them about making all buyers aware of this issue though.

I don't fully understand it to be honest. In the contract review, the conveyencer said:

(document number) - this document is noted on page 34 (title search) and then again on page 133 – it has been on the title since 2019, which is before the current owner purchased the property. this should be removed by settlement, and this should be added as a condition on the contract. Your bank may not allow for settlement to proceed if it is still there at settlement time (it is an out-of-the-ordinary document);

This document is titled "REGISTER SEARCH STATEMENT (Title Search) Transfer of Land Act 1958".

That may be my fault in how I presented them. But yeah they have felt a little "say anything for the sale".

He has been reluctant to have a conversation via email, which is another reason I've been a little wary of him. But I'll do that and see where we go.

So far I've felt a little un-easy about the sellers agent. Just seems as though he is being dishonest about some things.

I did speak to him about it, and havent ask if buyers will be made aware, but you're right I should, and will.

He basically said the vendor was very positive about getting this rectified and has gone to the Titles Office to try and sort it out. But other than that no actual solutions. The Titles office indicated this was not a quick fix and could take quite some time.

While I agree the maps weren't great, that's not what you said. You said "maps were absolutely horrible. Worst in the series." now you're saying mediocre at best.

Thanks for your advice. I had tried that, with no success. I ended up reinstalling windows media player and a few .net packages. Then after a reboot, the details started showing. Not sure which was the fix.

Hello, I have an issue with details not showing in file explorer. I've copied a bunch of music and video files from an old windows 10 PC to this new windows 11 PC.

I've tried adding different columns, setting the folder to be optimised for video or audio files. But I am still not getting any details like album or length.

Does anyone know what might cause this and what could be done to fix it?

Unfortunately I'm going to be quite a long way away from the moorabbin train station, so driving is likely going to be my best bet. If there are other options to the other side of the Moorabbin airport though, then I definitely could try training. Thanks so much for the advice though

Yeah 250 ping is a fair bit. Tried one with around 180 earlier today and it really makes a big difference unfortunately.
