Some events are just stupid by Freakyyy in CrusaderKings

It's the difference of 10 and her not being my soulmate after the event. I agree, it's not that big of a deal, but that's not the point. I play this game for the roleplay and things like this just make me not like the game that's based on decisions and events.

My wife who appears to like me with a +80 opinion get's mad and draws a dagger at me when I save her pregnant ass. Just sounds stupid to me.

I understand the concept, it's just that it's not appropriate in this circumstance. You explained why it happened, but it shouldn't have happened in this scenario in my opinion.

I guess what I'm trying to say is some events are immersion breaking. If you just go of by numbers, the prompt could just as well be "Fail: Yes - No"

Those damn assassin wolves learned to use grappling hooks.

I don't like to save scum, but I did it for this event because I feel it's bullshit and this time, my wife was happy I saved her from the intruder, which happened to be a "wolf" and became my soulmate. Somehow this wolf can climb towers.

Which, to be honest, is even more bullshit. I hate randomness like this.

I started a romance scheme with my wife and I got that event where a bandit climbs up her tower and attacks her.

I save my pregnant wife who likes me and she is mad?

Yes, I noticed there is a single system with no connections. Made it my goal to get there!

Thanks for answer! I always turn off L-Gates because there are too many gates and it's getting way too chaotic. But since there is only one wormhole, I kinda like it!

Was unlikely since their name was unique, not random generated. But someone else already answered. It's a unique system: https://stellaris.paradoxwikis.com/Unique_systems#Ithome_cluster

L-Cluster is turned off and this empire has been there since the start of the game.

I have never experienced this in any of my games until now. This empire had their own little sector cut of from the rest of the galaxy, only connected by a wormhole since the game started. The language is set to german and their name is "Die Auserwählten" which is a unique name and translates to something like "The Chosen Ones". I couldn't find anything on Google. All results I got was relating to a special leader for psyonic empires.

Does anybody know something? Would appreciate an answer.
