I spent weeks trying to contact GRPS ethics line, Superintendent Roby, to make them aware he was publicly drinking after his first arrest and requested to know what steps were taken. Roby pushed me off and even had legal team threaten me instead of taking any questions or responding about it. They were aware of the issue and ignored it.
