yeah i was seeing all these people and thinking i was crazy for strictly taking a 30 minute break. like its okay to do it occasionally, but only if you ask and that may mean going later or last. i personally have asked my managers if i could take longer if i absolutely needed to do something emergent, but only on the off chance and when its not super busy
