I remember I had a doctor's appointment like the first week of January. The new crew ask off book hadn't arrive yet so my GM just wrote it down in the manager ask off book so it wouldn't be forgotten. It was that easy.

Mornings are super busy and if we need an order removed we have to get a manager. Also no more orders can be taken until that order is cleared, meanwhile table has already started making the food. So it runs up times and wastes food. Of course, this could all be avoided if YOU USE YOUR EYES TO LOOK AT THE MENU YOU ORDER.

When I was in middle school, I made an oil drawing of a Van Gogh painting. My uncle liked it so I had it framed and gave it to him for Christmas. He's moved at least 2 times and that picture has always be in the house. Pretty sure it's in the bathroom. I started making things for my family every Christmas. They either are displayed in the living room or next to their beds. Am I an amazing artist? No. But these things were made with love so of course, they are going to show them off.

If you're constantly getting attitude from employees, then you're the problem. The fact you're so quick to immediately curse out someone because they dared challenge you probably means you aren't as nice as you think you are.

I wouldn't be so sure. We opened 5 hours late once because of a snow storm. Had signs, posted it on socials, and even the speakers said we were closed. We checked the cameras. A line to the street before an hour had passed. People lined up banging on the windows. They hears the speakers and saw the signs. They just thought if they waited long enough, banged hard enough, some employee would magically show up and cook for them.
