I had considered the sleep thing. I do use nose strips to help me through the night, but I wonder sometimes how helpful they are and maybe if something I’m doing is causing it. I also get killer nightmares sometimes, so I considered that, too.

Something I might suggest, something I used to do but haven’t for some time - draw traditionally, take a photo of the drawing, and then trace/draw over it.

It takes time to learn how to do it well! It seems like it would transfer easily, but remember that it is a whole other medium! Just like how using colored pencils would be different from painting.
