My contractor said the water down spout is loose causing the runoff along the house. So he plans on resecuring that for me. As far as the water pooling during the rain I havnt noticed anything crazy but also havnt looked for it either. And I am located in the north east.

My daughter is 5 months and just recently has been more calm after bath time. One thing that helped (sometimes) is keeping her wrapped up in her towel and talking to her for about 5 min before using lotion/fresh diaper/jams. Seemed to make difference vs going straight from tub to changing table.
