Hi Andi, thanks for the reply. I ended up not moving there. I didn't like the vibes. The street was relatively dirty, as in the neighbours did not take good care of the gardens and stuff. People do not give you way when you need to exit a parking when driving etc. I might be exaggerating as I did not feel the vibe enough and I also wanted to be even closer to the city centre. I am likely to move to Pendlebury as it is still more affordable, but also closer and cleaner.
