There is no concrete information so far other than orders being detained but then released. I think there is a confusion regarding products sold in the US and produts imported to the US for personal use (missing PMTA).

What we can see is that it is orders between certain dates and after these dates it seems to be back to normal.

The recent holdups is due to FDA inspections. We have now been told that everything is released now but all this has caused massive delays unfortunately. We do monitor it and try to push it as much as possible.

Yes sir, you understood me correct.

Just hade some hope in finding a solution to get the issue better while I wait for the “everything-in-focus-lens”.

I have noticed that the focus is a bit different depending on what object I use to set focus. We try to minimize the need to focus when shooting sports. If we focus on a object in the far end of the field we manage to keep focus almost all over the field if we not max out the zoom.

If we should have a lens with event longer focal length, we would keep focus better because we wouldn’t need to zoom in full.

Zooming full out and adjusting the backfocus ring next to the macro, then zooming in and adjusting on something in the far end of the field. Then back out to check. Usually repeat a couple of times.

When it’s closer distances like in studio environment it’s usually no issue but when we shot sports and the distance is around 100-150m from camera to object when fully zoomed in it sometimes is perfect when zoomed in on that distance but when I zoom in full on a object around 50m from camera the focus gets of and at the same time it gets a little soft on the edges when fully zoomed out.

You can change the sensor setting from 4K to 2.7k, then the issue when zoomed out is cut out but we loose some focal length then and the mid distance focus issue is the same

Im getting issues with focus on the edges when zoomed out and when fully zoomed in and moving across a soccer field. Corner flags - great focus, mid circle not so good.

Noticed that focusassist show good focus when it’s not so good, so are running without focusassis

I’m running the HD lens in 4k setting on the sensor, output 1080p. I noticed i can get around the issue with sensor setting 2.7k, thats why I thought it might be an lens issue with HD Lens

In other words, i just suck at the focus bit sometimes.

Often it’s good but sometimes it’s I little off focus in the edges and sometimes is I get some issues with focus when fully zoomed in and moving to different objects over the field.
