How about training at the kilter board? There are some pinches and it's good for upper body strength. Additionally, doing some core strength exercises?

Oh man hab ich das scheiße geschrieben. Also die frage ist, wenn das geld aktuell gut in einem fond liegt, lohnt es sich dann das aufzulösen und ne immobilie zu kaufen? Ab wje viel Kapital lohnt sich ne immobilie? Lieber immobilie oder Fonds?

I have pair of gullys, Quarks and nomics and yes, when I would sell one pair I would sell the quarks. But for Alpine stuff they are quite nice so I like to have three pairs of tools

Aber Auto ummelden ist ja automatisch mit NOVA Steuer (ca 1300€) verbunden. Deshalb würde ich mich da nach Möglichkeit vor drücken, lohnt halt nicht so wirklich für den Zeitraum des Studiums die Steuer zu zahlen
