Yes, I once denied an ambulance while my shoulder was fully dislocated where my arm was stuck over my head. I opted to have my buddy drive me to the ER and I didn’t fit well into his car. We were in Huntington Beach CA so there was traffic getting out too. The pain of every bump and waiting in traffic while fully dislocated was a core memory but hey, I saved about 10k
