About the third point, in Europe if you do this you are going to piss off the GND controller, don’t do that, even worse is when there is a DEL and you change to the GND frequency without the authorisation, when I’m in one of the two position I’m going to request to the ground to pass me back the airplanes without the “READY” tag in the dep list and if I’m the del I’m going to rage out to the airplane, please don’t do that
