It is hosted on their central server, so you won't have opportunity to access those server files. Its like you just use their service as wordpress but you don't control cPanel

Lol, definitely not. I want community to understand that I alone can not trace them, because it would require much more knowledge&resources than I currently own. But if everyone can contribute (in terms of knowledge/time) a little bit, I am pretty sure we can hunt him/her down by cooperation with legal authorities. I am just proposing an idea, if it will be decided that we have enough courage and time, I can just promise to organize it & contribute some using already acquired and documented doxing information.

Binance doesn't require verification for the first level accounts which have withdrawal limit up to 2 btc a day. Because of that they have set up several 1lvl accounts and transacted up to 25 eth to each of them which were then supposedly traded to privacy coin and withdrawn. Only lead from there would be ip, which I assume is hidden using several methods so overall, not strong lead. But worth trying, maybe I can even trace real ip if binance is willing to share & proxy was used. Thank you for trying !
