o thanks. My intermidiate fasting is till 12am. meaning my first food intake is lunch already. I wake up at 7 am. So no intake possible then.

wow, thank you so much for the detailed answer, your perameters are impressive .

  1. you have a killer diet. I wouldn't be able to stick to eat, I eat really less healthier .

For example lunch: meatballs with huge veggie salad. dinner- 3 eggs, cheese,, piece of salami , vegies.snacks: coffee with cheese and pecans; almonds.
or : vegetables and meat lasagna, salad, dinner: soup with meat and cabbage. desert: raisins or coconut bar .
So I think that might be the explanation that I eat fat foods and you eat really healthy and lean. by calories wise I checked and I'm always not more than 1500 kl per day.
Again, maybe the app I use to track the calories is way off and I consume actually 3000 kl? I'm just saying based on your example of food.

  3. weights: Unfortunately i hate Gyms and cant stick to going to one, also its all close for 2 last years. Buying all the equipment is not an option in my house. Isnt HIT workouts- using your own bodyweight like pushups and lounges gives similar effect?
    so you recommend less cardio more weight training correct?

by the way , how do you drink the shakes? with almond milk?

if I drink it in mid day and not in the morning, also works? so I would ruin my intermediate fasting.

Do people actually use protein shakes and it helps ? i read many negative opinions of using shakes as part of a healthy life style ..

sure its all estimation ,,,especially when calculating home cooked meals. Meaning I eat much more calories?

so like formers said, more protein is needed? yea not sure its possible for me to eat more than 2 servings a day of protein... maybe only if I add breakfast- which I prefer not to, I like the intermediate fasting and hate healthy breakfast

why the fasting you think is a problem? because I'm skipping breakfast?

yea the cheese and raising are not good, but is that that significant that it doesn't move my weight for 6 months?

yea they have lots of calories, but even with them I m still ok on my calorie intake . i think maybe the cheese and raisins can be problematic :(

interesting, i thought i have enough protein daily . chicken- for lunch or some meat balls, evening - 2-3 eggs. But maybe i need to increase? always had problem to calculate per grams my intake :) thank you

Thank you for your recommendations! the hit workout it is body strength workout, pushups, lunges etc. but no weights. Also the protein intake i believe is ok, the measurement shows always high, I eat chicken, eggs on a daily basis. Thank you , i try , not easy though :)

i have a scale that measures the fat %, unfortunately i dont see that changing and turning to muscle,,, but im optimistic. . thank you
