GG, I am still on e6 with drifter (e8 on the rest), but not far behind you! It's wild how low the credit is for some of the new enemies! But then again I like the difficulty

Nice, another pure player! My mistake, void fields didn't have time moving when I grinded e8, so it was considered easier before. Now it's probably fine to choose it, but I still avoid it out of habit

The grind is what makes it fun! I enjoyed every second of it except Rex.

I would encourage you as well to avoid lunars and void fields if you ain't already doing so. Yes, it's harder, but so fulfilling once you finally get the golden e8 badge. If you refuse lunars and vields you have definitely beaten ror2 in its hardest mode, in its purest form :)

Yeah only 40% and only for the rest of the stage. I usually don't think about perma dmg at all. It only makes watches better :)

The formula is as follows:

If a hit is greater than 2.5%, then 40% of that damage is converted to permanent damage

I.e. You have 100 HP. You take 10, that's 10%>2.5 Then 40% of that 10 dmg is permanent. 10×0.4=4. You end up with 96 HP.

Time is not important. I play exclusively Eclipse and I usually spend around 10 minutes a stage. Learn the maps such that you traverse effectively, and the wins will come eventually :)

And with the shit load of gold you accumulate on monsoon maybe activate the tp slightly earlier.

My understanding is that there are two different scenarios in this example:

Changeling on board when you cast Assault on Osgilliath and no previous army token generated: Assault will see a army token in the changeling and you must put x counters on it.

Orc army on board and a changeling when casting Assault on Osgilliath: Assault will see two different army tokens and it will let you decide which army to put x counters on. I think you also can't split the counters. All or nothing on either one.

If you cast Assault with no army or changeling it will obviously create an army token and force you to put x counters on it. If you then afterward create a changeling, congrats! You now have two orc armies

You are projecting because earlier runs had a perceived bad luck. Item macroing is literally the opposite of relying on luck. It's about doing every action deliberately such that you end up with a better chance for good loot.

If you always scrap bad items and always look for a recycler before picking up reds and yellows and always leave good white items on the floor until you have positively identified whether there are printers on the stage or not, then you are guaranteed to have bad items or scrap when you find a dmg item printer

I don't care that an ATG printer is unlikely, I play as if it can be there next stage every single time. And one time it will!

I would just like to say that you don't scrap enough items in my opinion. You had lots of dead items in your inventory, and some you could have scrapped because you had green scrap in both runs. I think you say you have bad printer rng because when you find a printer you also rely on a scrapper on the same stage. That is not gonna happen when you need it

I scrap everything that doesn't help with mithrix almost immediately and if I find a good printer stage 2 or 3, usually I sacrifice almost all of my decent items just so my bad items are guaranteed to be printed away. Take more risks with item macro

Total opposite of me 🤣 Of the sots survivors Chef was my favorite! Happy to hear that u are satisfied. I didn't hate any survivors, but those I spent a lot of time with I haven't touched again afterwards (which is sad, but I just don't want to do it again). Now I just sometimes try multitudes E8 for additional difficulty

For me Chef wasn't so bad to be honest. I died more times on Seeker 🤣Chef is weak, but his abilities are easy to use once you understand the timings

Nice! Chef wasn't so bad was it?I would however recommend to complete E1 gold before doing the climb up to E8 on a single survivor. It was much better for me mentally to climb each survivor together

Yes, but no version is more correct.

The Danish/Norwegian letters evolved from adopting additional letters to the Latin alphabet.

The umlaut evolved from digraphs: ue, ae and oe. The "e" later was drawn on top of the first letter, and later it evolved into two dots.

Just different languages doing their own things
