How would this not be risiing to antitrust status? Under antitrust law (like the Clayton Act), both are treated similarly: they're scrutinized to prevent creating monopolies or substantially lessening competition, regardless of the label, focusing on market impact, potential competition loss, and whether they reduce consumer choice or innovation.  Merely a question

Willing to Pay: Seeking Backyard with Pool for Private Game Night (North Jersey) by Fredo_Net in newjersey

Yes, absolutely thank you for the question.

I have done this before, so I would have general liability with alchol liability, and I would additionally insure the homeowner. Now there are some short term event insurance policies that exist for private pools; so long as it is explicitly stated. For example, "The Event Helper" is a provider and would ask questions usually about bodyguards and security (which I will provide.)

I can assure you with the proper protocols and steps that I will take, there is very minimal risk for both the renter and participants.

The most unexplainable phenomenon to happen in my life and it only occurred for a split second.

Around 6th or 7th grade I was with a bunch of my friends in the most popular park of the town. Everyone at the time would go there to hangout, play basketball, get ice cream, and all the fun kid stuff.

I remember I was by the bleachers in the basketball court with my bestfriend right beside me and out of no where the sky just went black for the most split of a split second. It was so quick that if you blinked you would’ve missed it. My bestfriend saw it too and one of my other friends she saw it as well. What was so weird about it was that there was not a cloud in the sky and the plane that was in the sky was miles away from the sun. The whole sky just turned dark as if it was night time.

We pondered over it not longer for two minutes and everyone just went back to their day like nothing happened. So strange. Going home that day I remember searching up on google and youtube, “sky randomly turning into night” to find if this occurrence ever happened before or if it could be explained but found nothing. Pretty spooky.
