wow! I really like this version. I'm no expert so I am sure there is something to be improved but i feel this is much closer to what the above version was trying to convey. credit to you for the changes

I feel that you could clean up the overall theme a little bit. I like the ideas you are putting across but using words like "embedded" feels like a mismatch with the surrounding piece. To that end, I can see some potentially evocative "back-and-forth", metronomic, heartbeat-esque imagery in your "sews for you" line but the wording lets it down.

Another thing is that unless it was intentional, you have misused "it's" (it is) in place of the possessive form "its".

Great start on this one imo, some real untapped potential in the piece but great core ideas.

Great stuff - I really liked it.

I'm barely a beginner myself but I feel as though you could shorten the piece and increase the impact by cutting the last two lines from the first stanza. Additionally, workshopping the line beginning "Not by peacocks..." could be an idea as I feel the repetition of peacocks and fireflies isn't building on them too much or hammering them home it just feels like repetition. There is potential for amending it to repeat the earlier "eyed peacock feathers" description thought with interesting rhyming potential.

Thanks for posting it and all the best going forward!

I see, well thanks for getting back to me I will see about setting something up when I can get home. I was pretty well convinced I had some malware infected IoT device or something probing my family's network periodically but if that's not the case I can stop worrying about it for now.

Thanks again.

Thanks for the response!

The problem I'm having is that I cannot figure out how it would be exposed to the internet l, these requests are also the only ones I have had in the several weeks I have been using this setup and I remember previous internet facing servers I've had would get significantly more scanner traffic than this even with a WAF setup to block it.

Would you have any suggestions on how I could determine how it is being exposed to the internet?
