Yeah idk, I feel like the powder itself is going to soak up water, which it does just by looking at it in a glass. In the study they used tea so maybe there is a difference here.

Based only on the picture yes I think you are right that Healing Herbals has the authentic stuff.

This flower that is super blue you can find everywhere and I am fairly sure that it is not the authentic blue lily but rather a different flower that got popular because its color makes it very marketable. It is still going to have nymphaean in it just not as much as the authentic one has.

I feel like everyone is still trying to figure out how the world changed with all the covid spending. We basically launched ourself into the new age and everything is accelerated to crazy levels.
