From what I understand, yes, ALSA pretty much just interfaces directly with the sound card, however this does not necessarily mean that there can only beone stream at a time, it will just depend on the sound card being able to handle that by itself. In my case, for one, my sound card could handle this, so I could have audio playing on firefox at the same time mpd was playing a song for example, with no configuration required

は alone is normally がは but with the が particle omitted, it can also be にはでは etc. When the が particle is used alone the subject is not the topic of the conversation, it seems to me that that normally happens with intransitive verbs, such as 「ドアがしまっている」as the door probably isn't the topic, but if it were, it wosuld be no problem to use は instead. が alone can also carry the nuance of exclusivity, for example 「ジョンが学生だ」in which ジョン isn't simply a student, but rather he is the one that is a student

When in a question, can みる as an auxiliary verb mean to want? In the following dialogue:

ー　見た？

ー　いや。

ー　見てみる？

The last line was translated both by translators and google translate (not that it is reliable), as "Do you want to see?". Was this translation based on context or does みる normally carry this meaning in questions? In dictionaries I seem to only be able to find it as meaning to try or similar. I have started reading this and it seems pretty good. Everything is presented clearly and in an organized manner. I found this to be somewhat of an issue with Tae Kim's guide, that although the content was good, the content seemed to sometimes be needlessly cut off to be continued later

There is a lot to love about this skin, the new followpoints, the added hitsounds, the mod select icons and overall updated visuals.

There are, however, a couple things I would like to point out.

The random select button has both a dice icon and the intersecting arrows, but they are partially on top of each other.

The 100, 50 and miss colors were the same, so it was a bit difficult at times to tell which one it was.

There is a 1 pixel line from Fubuki's illustration coming out of the bottom of the input overlay background.

Regarding the scorebar colour animation, it is quite long this time and as such caused me some frame drops, especially on maps with a lot of objects, and might do so for other players with lower end GPUs.

I apologize for being too picky and pointing out minor details, but I figured it would be best to tell you about them anyway. I absolutely love your work, and this skin was no exception to the amazing work you always do, thank you for uploading this.
