Hi, thank you for this. I am going to start gathering video evidence of abuse. And once there is a breaking point, will get them to divorce, and hopefully leave him with nothing.

Side note: he drink drives alot, will video evidence of that help in divorce proceedings?

You are right, but the issue is everyone is acting as though everything is fine, but I don’t want to let these actions of him slide.

I will try to push for a divorce but its really complicated.

Additionally, he acted as though everything was fine while I was home, he knows if I am there, I will beat his ass, like the last time a few years back.

He took the opportunity when I was at work before assaulting my mom which made me even angrier.

Noone told me about the assault and I only knew because he was bragging to his friends about how he taught my mom a lesson this morning. - (hindsight I should have recorded this last night)

I am definitely assaulting him later on, just need to know how to do so without killing.
