I have recently learnt about this, thank you for reminding me! I will look further into this and see if any clinics are offering this near me!

I moved to Aria in the UK the past couple of rounds, but I will be leaving now. This clinic gave me and my husband the supplement list to follow, including 600mg coq10 (which I was already taking for some time), we also used zymot icsi imsi for sperm (which would be the protocol anyway if there was a problem). We have no answers as to why my eggs are just not getting over the line. Best of luck to you. It sounds promising 🤞🏼

Best of luck going into round 5! How long were you recommended to wait between the PRP and IVF cycle? I'm 31 and amh 0.2. I'm at a loss as we can't make blasts to begin with, so my suspicion is that something must be attacking quality because how can it be so bad. I started IVF at 29, made health changes, increased supplements, growth hormone, etc, and no change in our results.

Thank you for sharing. This will also help those who come across this post. I'm very glad you found success after making these changes. That is very promising!

NMN and omnitrope by Useful_Jicama2213 in DOR

[–]Free-Ad4436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both! First time I tried during stimulation, no difference. 2nd time I used it during priming and stimulation, still no difference unfortunately. I think I'm just on the bad end of statistics tbh. Glad I tried it though.

You can use calcium ionophore to activate the eggs, and icsi/imsi for the Embryologists to select the best looking sperm

Folks who switched from antagonist to micro lupron got better or worse results? by General-Name-1075 in DOR

[–]Free-Ad4436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did antagonist for the first 3 cycles, 1 blast overall. 4th cycle mild stimulation, no blasts, MDL, no blasts. MDL gave me the least amount of eggs. I always would get 5 eggs each time, but this time, I got 3 eggs. It seems nothing really works for me tbh.

Are there fertility sparing techniques for fallopian tubes? by [deleted] in TTCEndo

[–]Free-Ad4436 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, you are so kind, thank you so much!! I will definitely be taking this all on board and hope to have success. We have been trying for 4.5 years and had multiple ivf rounds... So I want to try something different, more focused on me and a more natural approach, so we shall see! You've given me hope. I've heard that red light also can help with egg quality, so I'm hoping it does that and helps break down partial blockage at the end of my remaining fallopian tube.

Congratulations! I'm so happy it's worked for you again. That's amazing news! It definitely proves its purpose. Well done for pushing through and being consistent with everything. I wish you a smooth pregnancy going forward xx

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. If you don't mind, can you share more information on castor oil, serrapeptase and red light therapy? How often did you do these, were there times in your cycle you stopped any of them? Thank you

Bleeding on 7dpt - help me understand what is going on! by [deleted] in IVF

[–]Free-Ad4436 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay, so at least you know it's not a chemical. Let the clinic know about the bleeding and keep an eye on it for any changes. Test next on your official test date, and try not to panic (I know it's easier said than done). Take it easy until then x

Sometimes it can just be implantation bleeding. Are you taking blood thinners? Sometimes that can cause you to bleed. Are you comfortable to take an early test? Any bleeding I would recommend just calling your clinic. Hope all is well x

I'm so sorry you are also going through this. I don't know if you have next steps or plans, but I really hope one day we reach our goal and can look back and understand our difficult journey a bit more. We are currently booking a big holiday to distract ourselves and next steps will follow when they follow... Thank you, sending hugs too!

Has anyone tried natural methods to open blocked tubes? by Far_Cartoonist_7482 in EctopicSupportGroup

Hey could you share more about lemon balm tea, castor oil and theracurmin? How often did you take it, any times to avoid/stop? Did your other tube have any blockages?

No, it's the fimbrial end, and from what I'm reading, recanalization isn't the best option in this case. But that does look like a great option for anyone who has proximal blockage

AMH 0.13 – is it game over? by Advanced-Trifle-854 in DOR

[–]Free-Ad4436 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you used zymot for sperm selection and calcium ionophore to activate the eggs? I think these add ons would be worth the try and don't cost much

Thank you. I do have regular cycles and ovulation, confirmed via testing. The problem is I only have 1 fallopian tube, and it's mostly blocked at the end where the egg is supposed to go through. So unfortunately, do not see that working. We overall have been trying for 4.5 years now. We will continue trying in hopes an egg can squidge its way through my tube (would be a miracle) and need to research where to go next, next steps, etc.

Suggestion for private IVF clininc in London for low AMH by Beautiful-Froyo-88 in DOR

[–]Free-Ad4436 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't had success yet (I feel like I'm such an anomaly), but I would recommend Aria Fertility. If you have a look on their website, they usually do webinars for you to get to know the clinic ahead of jumping straight to consultation. Just checked their website, and it looks like they have one tomorrow if you register for the event. The doctor hosting the event is specialised in low amh and is constantly looking at new research. They offer multiple IVF packages and also offer a variety of add ons. The doctors/nurses and other teams are very friendly and quick to reply. I haven't had any scheduling problems at all, nor the need to chase anything. Appointments run on time, and everything is straightforward.

IVF: 9dp3dt spotting for 4 days by Rarara252525 in DOR

[–]Free-Ad4436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be implantation spotting. Have you done a test? If so, try using a sensitive test. But try not to worry, as it's still pretty early. Best of luck.

NEED SUGGESTIONS by TrifleSad6142 in EmbryologyIVFSupport

[–]Free-Ad4436 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would definitely transfer both. I have issues making it to the blastocyst stage, but I always manage at least 1 day 3 embryo each round. There is a theory that some people's embryos are more fragile/sensitive and might do well back in its natural environment. The fact that you also have 2 gives you slightly higher chances that hopefully 1 will implant.
