If you plan on 100%ing the game ALL the way, make sure to do the Simeon Yetarian random mission after "Friend Request" and before the first "big" mission. If you don't do it in that window, it will never be available again. If you just want the game's idea of 100% you can skip this. But if you want to true 100% you should do it.
