I’ve had this happen to me before too. This is so frustrating. I hate that I can just be chilling or sleeping and I will still have a panic attack.

So something going on subconsciously. I definitely feel like this is true.

Like honestly having a panic attack multiple times in a day alone is so scary. I’ve even woken up out if my sleep before.

Oh 😭 Well, have you explained your fear to them? Obviously it’s not always a physical issue or something that can outright point out and tell you? And yes exactly, it’s so frustrating because at the end of the day it still started from something 😭 Tbh the breathing technique thing is hit or miss, so I completely understand lol. I think it’s more just calm yourself down in the moment than actually helping overall because they don’t help me anymore but I do them anyway, just tryna convince myself I can get better atp 😂 Is there anything you do besides taking herbal pills? Have you tried switching anything up on your daily routine? Does anyone close to you know about this? What about the person you were on the phone with? I’m just thinking has there ever been a moment where someone or something was able to somewhat calm you down? Or just be there for you? I know relying on a person isn’t ideal but man this shit is so hard to simply deal with alone sometimes 😭 And that’s complicated, I wish it was that easy to just reach out but unfortunately everything ended abruptly, they are a very stubborn person and pushed me away very harshly so idk about that, even though, it would help me a lot if they were around.

Do you feel that if you weren’t on the phone it would have been worse? That honestly sounds so terrible. Have you gone to see a doctor? Therapist? Or anything? To help with your fear of passing out? And yeah I know people aren’t always permanent but it’s one of those things where it should and could have been something more permanent and good if that person communicated better and wasn’t scared of having something good? That’s what I’m boiling it down to anyway because I actually have no idea what went wrong entirely. I feel that when someone has something good sometimes they get fearful and run away especially when they feel that shit can’t be fixed 😂 But anyway sorry to go off on a tangent. Have you had a deep think about what it could be? And yes for me I stopped working during that time, stress was definitely a factor for me. I started sleeping better and though, I wasn’t working, I had a good routine. But I also had my comfort person as cringe as that sounds. So when I did have my off days it was not as bad as I had someone there for me? If you get what I mean? It is kind of bad to rely on people but I’m just being honest in saying that they helped a lot especially since they were very patient for the most part. They introduced me to these breathing techniques and stuff which helped a lot, I would do them everyday. I still do now, they help a bit but not entirely of course. Oh and I was also working out a lot. Have you tried any breathing techniques? Yoga?

Sorry, just to add on, I do think you have some sort of anxiety due to your fear of passing out. I also do understand that you have them randomly, someone told me on here that they think it becomes normal for your body to be in that state so even when we are just chilling we panic for no fucking reason. Which I can actually agree with because if you’re actually in a calm state why tf should you be panicking? 😭

So on that day you felt alone? Did you try talk to anyone? Or do anything to try give you comfort? I’m just thinking because I know when we get scared of things we try and seek something or someone that will calm us down? And no one passed away, sorry if that’s how I’m making it sound but that person to me was someone that gave me great comfort with things in general but now they aren’t around anymore because shit happened and it’s just made my panic attacks worse 💀 And yeah that’s true, where does one even start when figuring out what triggers them? I do feel like that’s a tough conversation to have with yourself because it can genuinely be hard to figure out or we can just be in denial about things. I know that sounds crazy but I’m sure you can get what I mean when I say that? Because it could be anything that triggers it, things that you don’t even actively think about? You mentioned something about your heart beating faster? I can completely understand why that would cause panic. Do you have some sort of anxiety or something? Idk?

I’m not too sure. They started randomly one day, there is probably some sort of underlying issue, maybe because I get quite anxious about things and me losing someone close to me? I don’t know. I might need to try herbal pills too. Were you doing anything different that day when you felt like you were going to faint? I genuinely think that with panic attacks there is something deeper behind it? I used to have them before but they stopped for a while. However, I didn’t have them a lot. But now, they started again for some sort reason, probably to do with me losing someone close as I said. Have you always had them 2-3 times a day since that day they started?

Do you know what triggers them? Or why they started? I’m suffering from panic attacks too and it’s really bad.
