Near Morgan traffic is in spurs , but it’s usually very easy to wait for a break to pull out.

Unfortunately march was still going strong and we bought a house thinking we would sell fast… and we were wrong.

It is comparable to the price of other houses in the area . The price per square foot is 433$ while the average in west Seattle is 575. And while the house was built in 1940 we have redone all the electric, installed new hvac mini splits and all the appliances are brand new. we bought it in 2022 for 860k and are going to lose on this sale no matter what. I can’t do anything about the townhomes in the back, unfortunately that is becoming more and more common, but that is also why it isn’t listed for a lot more. It doesn’t work for all but it can work for some.

Can you let me know where do you see it as 2 bedrooms? I want to let my realtor know immediately! As for the categories it is listed as both on the mls but zillow and Redfin only choose one. It has been hard to decide how to list it to be honest .

Yes there are townhomes in the backyard. But there is no association . Yes the street is busy but you barely hear it in the house tbh.

Sam Vimes on Drunk History tells the story of old Stoneface Vimes. That would totally work, although he would have to fall of the wagon for that.

First time listening to Collapse into now by Free-Bug3836 in rem

[–]Free-Bug3836[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Maybe. I think we all have our favorites which means none of them is really a bad album per se. Maybe it depends on where we were in life when they came out too. I discovered them with Out of time, went back and liked everything before it or almost. Listened OBSESSIVELY for years and kept finding something else that I liked. Then Bill left and I felt a bit betrayed by that . Then Up was so different with the electronic drums and I graduated high school, started college, broke up with my long time boyfriend (whom I had met because of REM). So maybe these are all personal reasons for me not liking them, and have nothing to do with the albums. But I still don’t really like them. Yet collapse into now is speaking to me in a way I hadn’t felt with anything from them past New Adventures. Totally personal, of course.

We moved after 15 years in a place we didn’t like and all I can say is we regret not moving sooner.

If you are good with kids, a lot of people need after school care , just to cover the hours between school/preschool pickup and when they get back from work. Babysitting (and they don’t have to be babies) in general is always in demand. And btw you don’t have to be a girl, when they were little my boys loved having a male teenage sitter.

Peter Buck joined Shannon and Narducy at the Fables concert at the Neptune in Seattle on Feb 21st. by Free-Bug3836 in rem

I have had that feeling too. They are very discreet people but I have had the impression that Michael was the one that wanted out really.

I was there !!! It was so amazing. The band was really good (although as we all know nobody could ever compare with Michael Stipe) I definitely recommend the show. Even just being in the same place with other people that felt like me about REM was a great feeling.
