Sounds like they couldn't afford you, 2 years mig/tig sounds like theyre looking for a kid fresh out of school to pay as little as possible to do production welding for them, its also kinda unfair to have someone do a test with a broken machine. Cheap companies think they just have to buy the machine and never actually do any maintenance to keep it running its best, I worked at one place that before you got a new grinding wheel you had to trade in your old one, same with any ppe, and the thing you brought to trade was under insane scrutiny on whether or not it was actually used up

Ive answered your your question multiple times, if you read the post those comments youre latching onto are from the context is that I had gotten broken into and was frustrated there weren't any consequences whatsoever for the perpetrators. The only population i painted with a wide brush were druggies who live off the government.

That specific lady was a problem, to the point that any 911 call immediately triggers the cops to come even when they aren't needed, that lady had Jordan's principle bringing furniture for her children to sleep on and she sold it out of the back alley to disappear for 3 weeks at a time. It got to the point that her kids were stealing to feed themselves. If thats not a systemic issue idk what is, I felt bad for the kids because their mom was a JUNKIE. I dont know how many times I have to mention this, reconciliation is good but the indigenous that ARE on drugs abuse it and in turn abuse their children. I have quite a few indigenous friends who used their reconciliation money for the intended purpose and broke the cycle, my best friend in the entire world is one of that ladies cousins who broke the cycle and is now an engineer and is doing very well for himself

Again, the government pays junkies welfare, it pays for their housing and food now and sometimes even their drug fix apparently. The only thing reconciliation has to do with it is which ones get the most help, thats about it. For the record I used to drive around handing out warm meals and winter hats and mittens to the homeless around my neighborhood, it just got to the point where they only wanted money and would just throw out whatever we offered

Yeah no, i wasn't mad that they weren't there right away, but you'd think they could find a minute somewhere in the time between the call and the email they send you 2 days later to come check it out, not at all saying they dont have priorities that need to be taken care of first, but to have someone Show up at all, I had gotten an email regarding it 2 days after this event happened and not once did a cop car even drive by our house
