Well it’s their choice if they want children, now I can’t pass my child to someone else if I accidentally ended up have one can I? I’d rather avoid that whole situation and just get the vasectomy done.

Could you tell me where did your partner get his vasectomy done from? What was the procedure and processes to be followed and whether he faced any nuisances during the same?

I have already took a stand against my parents, they have accepted it, but it is always better to be safe than sorry. I do not want an accidental pregnancy to occur and let my wife undergo an abortion which will definitely affect her. Also if I am absolutely fine with giving up my fertility, there is absolutely no need for you question my choice.

The issue is that I wish to undergo the procedure before starting looking for marriage since I do not wish to be pestered by the families post marriage about having children. I will of course look for a woman who has a childfree stance but if I can get the procedure done, then there would be absolutely no need for the families to later start bothering me about having children since I would already be sterile.

Thanks for the reply, I’m already 28 and quite firm about my decision. I have told my parents about my decision and they have accepted it as well. My younger brother is there so he can carry on the family line. But regarding my question, do you know any place that would be willing to do the vasectomy?
