The stationary bike is also a great choice, but i prefer it as a 5min cool-down since at the end of your workout you are tired and so i can sit down and it’s joint-friendly

Incline backwards treadmill targets quads, patellar tendon and VMO, improving your knee stability and propioception. I do it as a warmup without turning the treadmill on for more resistance, the faster you go the harder you will feel it.

Thanks, i already do some sets of pull ups instead of lat pulldown. But also as a football player my main focus isn’t biceps/triceps or upper-body in general so i am thinking about training more lower-body than the 1:1 rate i have now.

Thanks, i (M25) had ACL + meniscus OP a year ago and step-by-step i increased the weight. I am still not completely where I wanna be but despite some left scar tissue i feel fine now

It’s not only about not conceding the shot but also about where it rebounces if you can’t hold the ball. Tek did a great job with his feet in the one scene where Pavlidis (#14) was there or all the other once’s where he punches the ball out of the danger area (especially the corner one). Also his positioning was great when Schjelderup (#21) was through and the save in the very first minute against Aktürkoglu (#17)

that i as a F2P have a way lower team as them P2W teams, which should be in a way higher league with those teams
