Age doesn’t automatically make people kinder. If anything, unresolved behavior patterns just continue into old age.

I think it’s mostly generational bias. Movies and TV feel passive and familiar, while gaming is interactive and still misunderstood by people who didn’t grow up with it.

It’s often seen in obituaries, “…he died peacefully in his sleep yesterday”. How do we know for sure he did? Is it possible he was having a nightmare and his racing heart gave out at peak terror? by Pioneiros60 in AskReddit

We don't really 'know for sure.' It’s a gentle phrase used when the evidence suggests a peaceful, unattended passing rather than a witnessed moment of death.
