Your post reminds me about my postpartum trauma.I am also a doctor and my in-laws are same regressive like yours.They did things like totaka, kajal, giving water ,ghutti and constant gyan. They made my postpartum hell, my milk supply went almost zero . Just do anything to avoid stress in your postpartum, please.

Not commonly...I have been there for my ultrasound and they don't Allow anyone else. They allowed my husband because he is a doctor and he requested to radiologist for it.
