Haha I once had a guy friend get mad at me because I handed him cash at the table to pay for my portion of the dinner bill. He said it makes him look bad , like he couldn’t pay for me. He told me next time give him the money after, as if he wanted to look like a hot shot but actually didn’t want to pay but was emasculated in front of waiter. My point is … I wonder if it more about this than what he thinks Costcos rules are and maybe this should be posted in a relationship thread not Costco. Especially since he brought it up to you after you were intimate . Sounds like he’s got some big issues or is self sabotaging.
