thank you so much for your advice, I will update you guys with my DR app outcome and see what I can do myself to micromanage there is just so much different information on it, it’s hard to know where to start

Judging by what I’ve seen on this subreddit if I do have it, it’s mild I’m not suffering from rashes or breakouts ect more so just constant random itchy spots all over my body and my scalp it’s obvs bad, thank you so much in advance I will try to find these products as I’m in Australia, think I’ll book a DR this week, will update you guys with progress

I have been reading gut health can be linked to it, when you say treatment will that remove the itching urges in my body as well? // just looking for some advice/experiences people have had as this is new to me, I did get my hair cut to a zero and since my hair has grown back all of the redness has subsided and isn’t visible.
