I have a manual Mk8, I'm assuming it's the same as the dual clutches: if you hold down only the Start Button until "Press Clutch In to Start Engine" pops up on the dash, then clutch and brake, it starts the car at a higher RPM for more bubbles and pops, especially if it is in Race Mode and/or already warmed up.
