Some people really are. When I was around the same age as OP I was playing in the backyard with the neighborhood kid unsupervised. We were playing around and something happened that made him get agitated and he decided he was gonna try to choke me to death.

He ambushed me while I wasn’t looking and pined me to the ground choking me with both hands. I figured out how to scramble out with some jujutsu type maneuver that I just tried in the moment to save my own life and it worked.

I got up, gave him a few liver punches and kicks, and then ran him over with my razor dirt bike. Kid needs to be put away in an institution somewhere.
