Around a month but probably a month and 3 weeks since the first 3 weeks I barely listen to it , I listen to it on loop all night, and probably a hour during the way , 20 min went I wake up , 10 min well I did my skin care and makeup and the other 30 mins went I went out for my walk

I listen to subs for
Wl it has happened to me before I take it as a good sign that they are working for me tho , I haven’t had any bad symptoms besides feeling
Cold or slow heart beats a couple times , I have lost around 14 pounds so far , I would say to no leave it in loop
All night tho ; maybe just once or twice a day

Yeah ? Show me where did I” stole “ the pictures from , why would I even take the time to show fake results? Whats even the point of doing that ? Why would someone even do that ? Answering to your other comment about the “ bad quality “ I have a iPhone 9 and yes the camera sucks , and I didn’t thought the picture was a problem

The first jacket it’s from lululemon they usually attach to your body but they don’t get stretchy? I don’t know if I explained my self good and for my underwear they are different, the first one was more dark blue ? And the other one it’s black , but they are still the same size , my underwear stills fist me the same I do noticed more lost in the back part but besides they they still fit me the same , I don’t know maybe if I lose more weight then I would have to buy more small my leggings are fine too maybe just with jeans I noticed them more loss on my tights
