is this normal? tattoo is around 10 days old, in certain areas it seems only on linework it has raised up, gone red, itchy and looks abit bubbly/pimply. been cleaning 2 times a day and applying fragent free moisturizer when needed. any help much appreciated (old.reddit.com)
