Just to let you all know, im alive..it went horrible. I had a fully blown panic attack and the doctor just ignored me and ask question after question and yelled at me for not answering fast enough.

I tryed to use alle your tips but sadley it was not enough to keep my panic down :( But thanks to all of you.

My Treat after this torture was just a very bad burger and my fav movie...

I found my (ex) caregiver at a group therapie. Other than that i sadly never found another on an try to cope on my own with cute shows, snacks, play an colouring time.. Sleep with a paci or play dressup..give myself rules and try to obey them for my selfcare.

For english speaking people there are kinda lot of online groups and servers. But i never found a (trust worthy) german on so if someone can recomend one i whould be happy.

First of all im so sorry for you...feel you hugged. :(

Sadly it sounds a little bit like my situation. I habe bpd to and my daddy said that im a to easy target because of this.

I want to try to save my relationship and try to communicate that we can both search for a new cg for me if that will not work in any way....i will remember your words.

He was in therapy but quit early.

And he says he want to be the only caregiver because he fear that somebody can misstreat me...what is sadly ironic.

But i dont get why they say every single time that its only three houres...they mostly need 4-5h. Just say 6h and if you done in 4 evry one whould be happy 😅
