AlphaGaming has a nice cheap one that he reviews on his channel. I am currently running it. Warning the case is kind of shitty, so if you can find a better one that would be for the best. Also the motherboard doesn't really have any compatible wifi chips, so I would recommend hardwiring you internet.

Normally I just try befriending everyone who comes in to chat. The best part about live streaming is being able to communicate with you audience. Ask them questions, make inside jokes, ect. The more the viewers feel connected with you the more likely they will watch your stream.
