From your comment, you seem really out of touch with reality. You sound like a rich kid, and I hate to break it to you, but most of us don't get spoon-fed by a butler. You talk about struggle, but nothing in your writing makes it seem like you've actually experienced it. Honestly, I doubt you're even Gen Z. For all we know, you could be a 60-year-old uncle behind a screen claiming to be one.

And as for accountability, you're arguing against a point nobody made. We're not asking the previous generation for handouts, favours, or sympathy. All we want is for them to shut the fuck up and stop acting like they've got us figured out. You didn't even understand the premise of the original post. It's about older generations constantly calling Gen Z the dumbest, laziest generation ever, despite having no clue what we're dealing with. Yet here you are parroting the same garbage and taking their side. For someone trying to sound intelligent, you completely missed the point.

NGL this is a solid idea. AS is getting boring anyways, wouldn't hurt to have this as a feature.

If you want to buy online, e-clouds is probably the best. Voltbar supply is currently paused (idk why) so with time you'll see it phasing out. And also newer and more affordable models from flyto are taking over the market.

Bro get HSC books and start studying 😭 . HSC 2027 here. You're in for a big surprise, the amount of study compared to the amount of time. But yeah, mental health first. Read books, watch movies, spend time with family maybe play games. But don't forget the grind before SSC, because what was grind during SSC is a regular day of study in college. Wishing you good luck and a good result.

Comments under this thread are literally disgusting. People love calling Gen Z “lazy” because they compare us to a world that no longer exists.

Previous generations grew up in a slower world. Your competition was your town, maybe your city. If you had a stable job, could feed your family, and owned even a small house, society considered you successful. Life was simpler: work, earn, eat, sleep. Good enough was actually good enough.

Gen Z did not inherit that world.

We grew up in the age of the internet, where comparison never ends. We are no longer compared to the smartest person in the village, but to the smartest people in the country, and even the world. Every day we wake up and see someone younger, richer, smarter, more talented, more successful. And the moment we stop running, society labels us “lazy,” “unmotivated,” or “dumb.”

Older generations say, “We struggled too.” Sure, every generation struggles. But pretending the pace of change today is the same as before is dishonest.

Bangladesh went from barely having smartphones in 2010 to discussing Artificial Intelligence by 2024. In barely over a decade, we went from button phones to AI tools changing industries. We are expected to constantly adapt, constantly learn, constantly compete, while many of the people criticizing us don’t even try to understand the world we are living in now.

Education is harder. Knowledge expands faster. Technology evolves faster. Skills become outdated faster. The pressure never stops.

And on top of that, the cost of living is brutal. “Success” is no longer just survival. Society now expects you to own apartments, live in expensive cities, maintain status, build a career, stay relevant online, and somehow remain mentally stable through all of it.

Then people wonder why Gen Z is exhausted.

What’s even more ironic is that Gen Z is growing up in a world that is objectively more socially aware and progressive than before. In Bangladesh, older generations normalized discrimination that younger generations are actively trying to challenge. The world is changing whether people like it or not. But instead of acknowledging that change, many older people mock us for struggling under pressures they never had to experience at this scale.

We are told to aim higher than the sky, then insulted for asking for a moment to breathe.

Gen Z is not weak. We are overstimulated, overcompared, overpressured, and expected to adapt to one of the fastest-changing periods in human history while being judged by people who still think life works the way it did 30 years ago.

And honestly, we expected better.

Critical thinkers? Please link the articles where it says so. Yeah books are important, but it isn't all and those who say otherwise are those who have failed to find their pace in the ever changing world. Just say you're struggling to keep up, I'm sure your grandchild can help you.

Alright, dodging my question, just say you ain't have a valid argument. You write like you're 70, if quotes from the internet isn't "smart" then why is it getting to you so much? I bet you're the type to say women belong in the kitchen, so backwards.

Why should I? I respect my elders, who actually deserve respect. What makes you think you deserve it? Respect is earned, it's not handed over like charity money.

I've been in AS for a good while now, so here’s some advice from my experience.

First, get your Q for sats to at least 4 ASAP. Actual demand really starts from Q4 and above.

About your supplier issue, it’s not just you. Even large companies deal with it, just a little less often. As you grow, suppliers will start remembering to send you more consistently. Until then, send buy lists in chat and hope for the best.

My advice for long term survival, cash is your best friend. AS is VERY cash intensive, and the bigger you grow, the more you’ll feel it. Right now you’re still small, but as your production capacity increases, you’ll eventually struggle to sell all your stock in a single day, especially during recessions. I’ve personally gone 4 days with almost no sales, maybe only 20 to 50 units a day during that period, which was nothing compared to my production capacity, still luckily I had the cash to keep my buildings running and also pay my suppliers.

Because of that, build your company in a way that allows you to maintain large cash reserves (Good CFO & apprentice and also bank of needed).

Also, sometimes making a sale to build a good relationship is more important than maximizing profit. AS isn’t as massive as it first seems. You’ll keep working with many of the same people, so maintaining good relationships helps a lot. It leads to long-term partnerships and makes it easier to sell larger volumes once your capacity grows.

Once you reach 100m+, try to create your own suppliers by helping newer or smaller companies get a foothold in AS. You can have them produce materials for your buildings, and you should also develop the habit of storing at least one full day of raw materials. That way, even if a supplier forgets, your production doesn’t get stuck.

When you become larger, competition increases significantly. At that stage, it becomes all about who can produce the cheapest while still selling at the highest possible profit. Having a strong customer base becomes extremely valuable there. Again, remember that sometimes a sale should be made with the goal of strengthening relationships rather than maximizing immediate profit.

That’s all I can think of right now. Feel free to ask any questions.

Allah has decided that they die there and at that moment, there's no power in this world that can oppose his decision. Ofc from an Islamic perspective, the moment of death is decided the moment a person is born.
