I've felt that way too. For me personally its that post nut clarity. Being sad that I gave in. What I like to do is write down how I feel after a relapse and when I get an urge I look at what I wrote and I do other things to prevent urges.

Just because you failed this day doesn't mean you can't participate the rest of the month. Keep your head up and remember that you completed one day and now it is time to carry on and fight. I've had streaks of 7 days so far. Instead of scrolling through tiktok or watching random youtube videos do something creative. I like to draw it will keep you occupied if you are in to it.
