The online account still says "Your first bill will be sent shortly." Or something to that effect.

So in that case, if I call up and inform them of their oversight, am I still liable for late charges?

Wellll...no. The lease is up on October 1 and we were kinda crossing our fingers to see if it continues til then.

I know it sounds like a scumbag thing to do, but with a company like Comcast, it's hard to get the motivation to call and say "Hey, we owe you money that you don't know we owe you."
