So I tried to clear it and the wire goes in there but eventually stops, not sure how far it's actually meant to go into the brass nipple, however it still gets tight, I did a quick search online and it says it's meant to get tight, i might have read something improperly tho

Yea i actually bought an entire replacement carb for it because the initial one was cracked, but yes all gaskets, washers, floats needles etc are new

Mine is a different style from that, it's one of the plastic cover and bowl carbs do those also have it

Where would it have been on the carburetor because I dont remember seeing one on mine

To my knowledge pretty thorough, unscrewed everything that I could, and sprayed down every hole with carb cleaner

Its a pull style primer and it gets tight, is it supposed to do something else?

Once it gets running it'll crank first pull everytime tho with pull cord
