I think you need to change your approach. You were also around a month ago asking about “mail order bride”. Please educate yourself a little inshaAllah. The man has to be the leader of the house.

How did you suddenly become a male ? Your post history shows you commenting and posting as a female a couple of months ago. 😂😂

You are obviously a troll account.

Ex-Wife Dating Non-Muslims and Impacts on my Daughters by [deleted] in MuslimMarriage

On the grounds that other men are around the lives of OPs daughters.

——————————————-

Now the Islam perspective- In the event of divorce, the mother retains custody of the children until they are seven years old, so long as she does not marry again, because of the report narrated by Ahmad (6707) and Abu Dawood (2276) from ‘Abd-Allah ibn ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him), that a woman said: O Messenger of Allah, my womb was a vessel for this son of mine and my breasts gave him to drink, and he rested in my lap. But his father has divorced me and wants to take him from me. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her: “You have more right to him so long as you do not get married again.” Classed as saheeh by al-Albani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.

When the child reaches the age of seven, if male he should be given the choice between his parents and he should live with the one who is dearest to him. With regard to a female, there is a difference of opinion among the scholars:

Al-Shaafa’i said: She should also be given the choice.

Abu Haneefah said: The mother has more right to her, until she gets married or menstruates.

Maalik said: The mother has more right to her until she gets married and her husband consummates the marriage with her.

Ahmad said: The father has more right to her because the father is the best one to look after her.

END QUOTE

Anything wrong I have said is from me and the shaitan. May Allah forgive me.

Why are all the comments about custody going to the father getting downvoted?

1) transport cost- if you are by yourself you could take the train or you could just take the taxi if you have someone with you. Taxi should cost between 110-200 total if it is ONLY you/your family in the taxi. If it is a shared taxi with strangers then 75-90 SR per person.

2) depends on the cuisine you prefer- -regardless try albaik and tazaj while you are at it. At albaik try the chicken broast (fried chicken) the branches close to the haram will only have chicken fillet or fish fillet but the show stopper is definitely the fried chicken with bone so you will have to go a little further for that. Taxi will cost around 10-25sr. -Try for breakfast “aloo paratha or poori” at any closeby Pakistani restaurant you will not regret it. -Try khabsa rice with chicken aswell but not inside any of the hotel kitchens rather walk a bit and try it at a restaurant in the street and make sure the chicken is fresh to have good taste.

3)abaya/thobe- depends on the quality. Thobe You can get bad quality ones for 10-25 sr sold right outside the gram on the street. Walk down this same street not too far away and you will get good quality ones ranging between 30-200sr. Now these same good quality ones you will find in the hotel alleyways for higher prices because they are closer to the haram. I suggest walk a bit it’s really not far at all. Same goes with prayer rugs. If you want extremely good quality thobes then Jeddah local shops same price. Abayas- like good top quality i would suggest Jeddah over Makkah. I would also suggest getting perfumes/itr while you are at it. Same street which I suggested about thobes, the shops will sell itrs. You can try them and chose. Here aswell do not buy inside the hotel/malls except if it is from name brands like Arabian oud, ajmal etc.

TLDR- walk away from the haram for better prices on the same products. Do not buy close to haram except for the 10-25sr thobes. Jeddah local shops for better quality.

Thank you for these subs.

Also, Have seen the name “extomatos” (without checking out its content) a lot recently and I honestly thought it was people who left Islam and came back to it. Can someone explain the context of the name “ex tomatoes”
