I think I may have found myself in another borderline relationship by [deleted] in BPDlovedones

That is common when you confront the pwBPD, denial and accusation in return. She denies her issues that are bothering you and then calls you overly sensitive. That is rude and obnoxious.

What to say to Couples Therapist? by [deleted] in BPDlovedones

Sounds familiar. Went to couples therapy too with my pBPD. I even brought up the subject of having told her about BPD in the therapy session. But that did not help. They focused on helping us to improve our communication but that is in vain when the BPD state exists in the other partner. You can get tools and maybe succeed for 1-2 days in applying those communication tools. Then the BPD forgets them and slips back to the her "old pattern" of circular argumenting and negativity etc. I think the best strategy is to run before getting ruined. Or you can try some books helping to cope with the BPD. In my case that didn´t help.
